About Me

I was raised in SE Idaho, enjoying the comforts of living in a small town, playing in the foothills and mountains around Pocatello. As a child my Grandpa played a major role in my life, he instilled in me as a young child the importance of taking care of my body. He shared how important eating healthy foods, drinking water, exercising, and proper posture would play in my life. He had several gardens and grew a variety of produce, helping me to have a curiosity for trying different fruits and veggies.

In my mid-teens I began my journey of reading and educating myself about alternative health care. I can identify with Thomas Edison's belief on health and diseases, besides being one of the greatest geniuses and inventors of all time Mr. Edison also took a great interest in the nature of health and disease. In this regard he was an avid believer in the common sense approach found in alternative medicine. He could not understand why the medical establishment continued to persist in treating diseases with drugs, when it was obvious to him that disease was caused by biological imbalances which drugs can do nothing to correct. He best stated his opinion on these matters in one of his writings when he said: "The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease".

After living with chronic pain in my lower back for more than tens years, I tried massage therapy and found relief. I followed an inner voice to learn massage therapy. I received my training in Boise, ID. I've participated in a variety of continuing education classes and, I continue to educate myself in anatomy and how the human body works. I know God’s has blessed me with an intuitive touch and that gift has allowed me to help many people over the years.

I believe that if we would reduce the stress overload that we place on our lives, seeking peace in our souls from God our Creator, exercise and stretch regularly, consume smaller portions of wholesome foods, eat at the table with family-friends, use a whole food supplement to bridge the gaps in our diet, digest our emotions, laugh often, this would enable us to age without decaying.

Our bodies are intricately made, yet rather simple to take care. Many people take better care of the cars, homes and pets than they do themselves.
